Legendary Battle.

And there she... is? The announcer said confused as the last contestant walked into the arena. The crowds cheers from Akujin's entrance died down quickly and soon turned to whispers as the unknown girl walked to the middle of the cracked arena floor. My, my. Natsume cockily stated while giggling. It's seems someone can't hold onto their weapon, can they? She said as she looked at the massive sword on the ground. Then in the blink of an eye she was gone, or so to think. Natsume in an instant showed up behind Akujin and with a coy smile on her face, laughed. Could this mess have been you? She said tapping Akujin's shoulder then instantly disappearing once again and now in front of Grimrok. Or what about you? She said as she started walking behind him slowly while sliding her hand around his chin. What's this?! The announcers said as the Lacrima Projection zoomed onto her hand. Is her hand... w-water?!... And as quick as she was there she was gone again and now standing 100 feet in front of the two contestants. Natsume laughed. This outta be fun. Well she's a bit different isn't she? The announcers stated. This should be an interesting battle.

"Oh look, another ant has come to meet the boot." he said as the girl entered the arena and dashed around. Akujin shot a cold stare at her when she tapped his shoulder, duly noting to make her suffer tremendously for that later. A smirk crossed his face as Grimrok put his sword to the girls throat, making a clear statement that he wasn't in this for fun. The girl seemed to get a small amount of pleasure from it. He closed his eyes and sighed. When he opened them, the arena was covered in dust. "Looks like things are finally getting interesting." he muttered under his breath. 

Akujin's got a slight glow to them, making the red show up better. This allowed him to see magical energy in the being's around him. He could make out the swordsman and the strange girl. The swordsman launched some attack, but his magic power was not drained. "Insolent fool!" he shouted as a mound of earth slammed into him. Taking a closer look, this mound of earth slammed into a transparent black sphere of energy the surrounded his body, then faded as if it only became visible if it. "Shade Dragon." he said as black dragon of shadows erupted from his backside and rushed through the dust to combat the new arrival. 

Turning his attention upward, he could make out Grimrok's figure using his magic sensing eyes. "So you think some 3rd rate move like with will touch the likes of me!?" he shouted upwards. "Armament Arm: Soul Crusher." he said as black transparent armored energy arms surrounded his arms. That done, he leaped upwards and flew into the sky at a high speed, breaking a hole in the dust cloud that was now starting to fade. "Yo. Die." he said as he reeled a fist back, striking forward with enough force and speed to cause small sonic booms around his punch.

Natsume, in awe stood straight as a board as Grimrok's sword came close to her throat, she smiled, that was the kind of thing she liked. When the sword hit the ground she exhaled heavily and disappeared. Once again she vanished but soon after her disappearance she was knocked onto the ground, the water in the air she used to transport her was too thick from the dust, she couldn't use her disappearing ability anymore.

Natsume started breathing rapidly on the ground where she landed and she started feeling more and more anxiety. As her anxiety grew her pupils got smaller losing their look of self control. She looked at Grimrok, then where Akujin was standing before the arena was filled wit hdust, but when she looked at where Akujin was, she couldn't see him, she could only see his eyes. Seconds later she noticed someone emerging from Akujin, it filled her eyes with fear as it dashed towards her.

Natsume stood up when she noticed the speed of what looked like a dragon but only seemed like fear. Natsume started to panic and built up so much anxiety her power let loose. She roared a high pitched scream that echoed through out the arena and made sound waves shake the walls. It then began to rain, heavy rain drops, slowly clearing the dust from the arena and turning it to mud on the ground, she then looked back at the dragon dashing towards her she noticed the air was slowly starting to become moisturized again. Natsume started walking backwards and throwing mini-water bombs that shot out from her arms that had both turned to complete water at the shadow dragon, slowing it down. She had to think of a way to stall that thing from attacking her until the air was clean.

Just as Grimrok's ascent began to stall, Akujin jumped out of the dust and was soaring towards him with a fist ready. He could tell that there was magic imbued in that attack, which meant that it would best for him to dodge it. It was a good plan on Akujin's side. It isn't very easy to maneuver in mid-air. "Reverse Zero!", he said as the attack came closer to him. Just before the punch would connect, Grimrok's body flashed green and he was pulled into the air. Seconds later, his body flashed green again and he began to descend behind Akujin. "Bleeding Gash!", he shouted as he was falling downwards. Grimrok swung his sword at Akujin, sending a wave of black and green energy towards him. On it's path, the energy seemed to be tearing a hole through the very air.

As he started to fall faster towards the ground, he did a backflip and readied his sword, aiming to land just beside Natsume. He fell head first and picked up massive speed, he had no idea how long this battle was going to go on, but he didn't intend to hold back at all. Seconds before he would hit the ground, he swung his sword forward and impaled it deep into earth, only inches beside Natsume. "Rude Pressure,"  he said just before a series of black and green spikes shot up from the ground around where he had stabbed his sword into the ground. The spikes ripped apart the ground of the arena, impaling anything that they touched. Now surrounded by the spikes, he pushed off of his sword and landed on the handle with one foot. With his surrounding area devastated, he knew there was only one direction an attack could come from; Up. He stood on his sword, completely balanced and formed a hand sign with both hands and closed his eyes.

Akujin sailed towards Grimrok with his fist ready for action. A sharp scream echoing across the arena caught his attention, however. "Oi, oi! Shut the fuc-" he said stopping himself mid sentence as he realized Grimrok was gone. Akujin's eyes returned to normal and realized there is only one place Grim could have gone for a counter attack. Whipping around in a 180, Akujin reacted with amazing reflex and slammed his hands together in time to catch an arc of black and green energy. He gritted his teeth as the energy wave pushed him backwards a bit. There was more to his energy gauntlets than Grimrok originally thought. Normally, you couldn't grab a hold of energy like this, but with these gauntlets, not only could he do that...but this as well. 


Using his physical strength, Akujin turned the energy wave in the other direction, and released it at Natsumi and Grimrok. Next, with a flick of his magic encased fingers, the black energy dragon rushed passed Grimrok and flew towards Akujin who landed on it's backside and with the dragon's help, began to fly around the arena doing an ominous chant. Once Akujin had done a complete 360 around the top of the arena, a massive dark magic circle appeared in the sky, covering the entire inner arena, leaving the crowd safe. "Ragnarok; 32 Chapter of the Forbidden Book: Dark Elves's Massacre!" he called out, a silence spreading through the arena.

From the Dark Magic Circle in the sky, dark feet could be seen descending, and soon, the entire bodies of what seemed to be the corpses of the Dark Elves from the past. "By now you may be wondering how these Elves are here, well, I will tell you. You see the Elves were all massacred over 100,000 years ago...by me!" he screamed, his maniacal laugh bellowing through the arena. "There are exactly 1,000 Dark Elves at my disposal right now. Women, children, old men, young men, you name it! There magic levels range from that of a shitty peasant, to that of a win S-Class mage. What the FUCK do you have against me now!?" he shouted as he continued to laugh.

After finally calming down a bit, his army of Dark Elves all got a wicked green, though there was suffering in there eyes. "Now, my Elves, kill them. Kill them all!" he ordered. The army of dark elves began to glow with a dark energy before the roar of a thousand people let lose, sending chills through the battle field. Then, they attacked. Some faster than others, they speed through the air unleashing a barrage of magic attacks that ranged from weak to strong, but which ones were the weaker? Which ones did they have to watch out for? Akujin crossed his arms a top his Dragon and looked directly at Grimrok, then smirked.

Now with the air now clean, Natsume could be as powerful as she could be. She closed her eyes and sighed, when she opened her eyes seconds later she saw that not only was the Shadow dragon flying away from her, but Grimrok was heading right for her. Before Natsume had time to react Grimrok and his sword were right next to her, she looked at him and smiled. She started to run away from the sword not wanting to be in a disadvantage of being so close to a high skill swordsman, but as she was running her legs started to shake and she tripped. Natsume turned around and saw that Grimrok was shooting spikes out of the ground impaling anything that it hit and from there, Natsume got serious. She got up and ran from the spikes and just as one was about to hit her, she disappeared into the air once again.

Natsume landed hundreds of feet away from Akujin and Grimrok, watching their fight and thinking of a plan, then before she could think of something there was an energy blast coming right toward her, she quickly focused and screamed "Water tornado!" and formed a tornado made of complete water and sent it at the energy blast. Natsume's tornado started to suck in the magical power that was in the energy blast and soon made it dissipate. Her tornado held the power from the energy blast in the middle of it's spout, Natsume then turned to Grimrok and shot the power blast inside the tornado to him.

As the tornado began to fall after she sent out the blast to Grimrok she noticed Akujin's dragon flying around the arena. Then as quick as the dragon stopped next to Akujin the darkness started to spread around the arena, Natsume looked around and heard Akujin's maniacle laughing in the background, she saw what looked around a thousand feet coming out of the darkness, she didn't know where to look. Then she heard "By now you're all probably wondering how these Elves are here, well, I will tell you. These Elves were all massacred over 100,000 years ago... by me!"


Natsume looked at Akujin and stopped for a moment, she then started to seem like she was boiling and screamed "YOU FUCKING ASS HOLE, YOUR OWN PEOPLE? WHAT KIND OF MONSTER ARE YOU?!" Now she was angry. She didn't want to have to fight those poor people, she could see the pain in their eyes, yet when Akujin's order came out to attack her and Grimrok she had to.

Grimrok stood on his sword, satisfied with his last move and awaiting the response from Akujin. He was well aware that Natsume could launch an attack at him, but it seemed to him she hadn't quite gotten in the fighting spirit yet. Perhaps she was even waiting for one opponent to drop before getting too involved. Whatever it was, he viewed Akujin as the immediate threat.  Just as he started to let his guard down, he witnessed Natsume sending a diluted version of his own attack back at him. It had already been reflected from Akujin and was now being sent back at him from Natsume, though with the energy having to sustain for so long the power would be much weaker. Not to mention, it was his own magic. He had nothing to fear, but it surprised him that they were both able to reflect it so easily. As the attack reached him, he simply swung his sword at it, causing it to disappear. 

The spikes he had created begn to slowly disappear into the ground as well, revealing a large crater in the arena floor. The black dragon that was conjured by Akujin was now flying in a circle and he could hear Akujin reciting some form of chant. He took his sword out from the ground and began to walk out of the crater, staring intensely at the dragon. Suddenly, a massive magic circle appeared and what seemed to be feet started to emerge from it. He listened to Akujin while realizing that the feet descending from the magic circle all belonged to the once powerful race of Dark Elves. Grimrok clenched his teeth, knowing very well the power that was needed to cast a spell like this, and the destruction that would follow. Grimrok would not give Akujin the chance to be in such a powerful position, it was time he showed what he was really capable of.

"You want to bring back your people as your undead slaves? Tch, I won't give you that chance!", he shouted before pointing his sword into the air. "Super Zero!", he shouted as a massive black and green magic circle appeared above the magic circle Akujin had created. Grimrok's magic circle covered the entire arena floor and only seconds after it appeared, sent a pure green light all the way down to the ground. Anything that the green light touched would have it's gravity increased twenty times. As the light covered the dark elves, it sent them flying to the floor. The only thing that the spell didn't affect was Grimrok, meaning he had a massive advantage against anyone under the effects of the spell. 

Grimrok put his sword across his chest and bowed his head, "The Dark Elves were a noble people, despite the fears of lesser men. I am solemnly sorry you had to meet such a fate." Grimrok pushed off of the ground, rocketing him across the arena floot which was now littered with dark elves, unable to move. He held his sword out to his side as he did this, causing a huge wave of blood to rise up into the air and then immediately be sent back down from the gravity. He constantly dashed around, slicing his sword with full strength. He was inconceivably fast compared to the slow rising dark elves. Sweat rolled down his forehead, as he stabbed and slashed his way through the army of dark elves. He stopped for a single second, gazing at what he had done and realized he'd only taken down about a hundred.  

"I see...I really am going to have to go all out." He exhaled deeply, caushing the color of his eyes to change to a bright green and a thick black and green aura to surround him. "Devil Force...", he said just before his body was hidden completely by the black and green aura. He reeled his sword back and started to swing, the next second he was on another side of the arena and blood shot up from multiple dark elves. Again, he pushed off the ground and rocketed through the crowd, slashing through dark elves, he decapitated some, cut others in half and stabbed through multiple elves at once. Blood shot up into the air again and again, The green light covering the floor of the arena got dimmer and dimmer and Grimrok's aura began to fade away and he started going slower. He let out a powerful scream that echoed miles outside of the arena before performing one last dash through the crowd. There was still a few S-rank elves, which had finally gotten use to the effect of the gravity, but it was all for nothing. Instead slashing the elves on his last dash, he sunk his sword deep into the ground, leaving a large scar on the arena floor. "Pentagram strike", he muttered as a green pentagram appeared on the floor. Suddenly, what looked like green rain shot up from the pentagram, raising high into the sky and falling back through the pentagram, before it disappeared. The effects of Super Zeo had finally worn off, and blood from all the remaining elves spouted up and they all stopped moving. 

Grimrok was covered in blood, his eyes were wide and his body was trembling. He fell to his knees, stabbing his sword in the ground and using it for support. He clenched his eyes shut and tried to slow his breathing. Tears started to roll down his face and he clenched his fists tight. "You're evil...I don't mind taking the life of someone who truly deserves it, but they were already dead! You ripped them from their peace bringing them back here and led them straight to their slaughter. God, the faces of the children...I will kill you for this. I will kill you and make sure you are sent to a place of eternal suffering...but not before I make you wish you were dead!"

Akujin gained a massive grin across his face as Grimrok began to destroy his Elves. The force of gravity hit him and caused him to strain to stay in the air. "Tch. " he muttered. Grimrok slashed, and slashed, and with every elf he killed, Akujin got more and more excited. Finally, the elves were gone. Akujin smiled down at Grimrok and began to clap slowly. "My, my. It would seem you have killed all of my little friends. In your pathetic display, it would also seem that you have tired yourself out. What will you do now?" he asked, looking down on Grimrok with disgust. One thing he was wondering was where had that strange girl gone? She was not weak, and that was something to keep in mind.

"You are a fool!" he shouted at Grimrok. "Not only did you destroy my elves, but you triggered the second phase of this magic, and it's most devastating effect. You see, these elves were cursed. For every elf you kill, you take 10x the damage you dealt to kill it. Since you killed all 1000 of them with your arrogance, you can only guess what is to come next, dear warrior. You are going to take the damage you dealt all of these elves, WITH TEN THOUSAND TIMES THE FORCE!!" he shouted, his maniacal laugh kicking up once again as he through his head backwards. 

"It was a fun show, though." he said as a magic circle appeared around Grimrok. "Now, you are cursed. That tiny little circle around you is innescapable. Now, EAT THE FORCE OF YOUR OWN DESTRUCTION!" he screamed as black and purple energy built up beneath Grimrok, and in a split second, a massive concentrated beam of energy was realesed upwards into the sky. The sky turned black as the purple light lit up everything for miles, a warm glow in Akujin's eyes as he stared down at it, his skin cracking as he began his transformation into his true self.

Natsume looked at Akujin's face of pure dark energy and was horrified that someone could be so evil. She heard what was going to happen to Grimrok and for some reason she felt bad. She saw how upset he was when he killed all of those poor elves and now he's getting punished by it again. She couldn't worry about that now though so she stopped and thought of a way to stop Akujin from getting a move like that onto her too. Natsume looked up at Akujin and saw that he was distracted with some sort of transforming. Natsume then thought, maybe she could get a hit in while he was distracted. She then when into clear water form and sent a water drop behind Akujin. She then, while still invisible focused her power onto then water droplet and yelled "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" and the water droplet began to grow behind Akujin and small spikes started to emerge from it. As the water drop grew it started to get harder and harder, she was turning into ice, then the inside of the water looked as if it was red. Natsume then screamed "Yin Yang water bomb!" and set the water drop that was 10x it's original size and now made of ice to detonate.

As the dark magic circle appeared underneath Grimrok's feet, his eye's widened and he gasped for air, knowing he only had a few seconds before he would be destroyed. He made a triangle with his hands and placed it over his heart. Before the blast even happened, the ground around him cracked and he screamed out in pain. Akujin's spell finally resolved, sending a huge light of black and purple energy into the air. Through the loud noise of the blast, Grimrok could be heard screaming in agony. The audience watched in horror as he was being torn apart by this spell. When it was finally finished, Grimrok could be seen on the floor, motionless. His eyes were open as wide as they could go, and were directed straight at Akujin. "Zero's will", he muttered before his eyes finally closed.

Black and green energy began to cover Grimrok's body, eventually consuming he so much that only the outline of his body could be seen. He was lifted into the air, higher and higher he began to rise until he was at Akujin's height. The clouds began to part and the sky began to glow with a faint green. The green color in the sky became thicker until it was as bright as the sun. The green energy in the sky then shot down to Grimrok, entering his body. His body snapped upward and his eyes shot back open, only now they were completely green and shined bright. The energy continued to pour into Grimrok's body, just as the last of it disappeared into Grimrok, a face could be seen inside of the energy. Grimrok looked down slowly, glaring at Akujin. The black and green aura around his body began to slowly dissipate until every feature of Grimrok could be visible, though black and green energy still leaked off of his body. 

He held his hand out to the side, causing Grimrok's sword to shoot up from the ground and land in his hand. He then shot forward, soaring straight for Akujin. He could see Natsume creating an attack behind him, so he decided it was his opportunity to do some serious damage to Akujin. "I...Am...Zero!", he screamed while coiling his body to ready for a powerful kick. When Grimrok spoke, another voice could be heard along with his normal one. He flipped around, building up massive momentum and sent a kick straight for Akujin's neck, aiming the kick to send Akujin straight into Natsume's attack. The kick was so fast and powerful, it broke the sound barrier, shattering the ground below.

Continuing his transformation, Akujin smirked as his spell enveloped Grimrok, his screams giving him butterflies. "It seems that is the end of that." he muttered as his eyes scanned the arena for Natsumi. Finally, he found her. "Hey, why are you hiding over there? Don't you want to play with me?" he asked, mocking her.

Akujin's smirk quickly faded when his attack did. Though severly injured, Grimrok was in fact alive. "Tch. It seems it's going to take far more than I thought to bring you down." he called to Grimrok, complimenting him. 

"Zero's Will!" called Grimrok. Black and green energy covered Grimrok's body and Akujin could easily feel his power breaking past his old limits. His body began to rise until he was face to face with Akujin, only further away. 

"If you think that power increase will save your ass, you're wrong." spat Akujin. After further powering up, Grimrok brought his sword to his hand my means of telepathy. Before Akujin could react, Grimrok was right before him with his leg planted into the front of Akujin's neck. Eyes widened in fear, Akujin's neck snapped on impact and he was blown backwards. The moment he was blown backwards, something pierced through his backside, snapping his spine. 

"Small...cold..." he thought, fighting consciousness. Then, the ball exploded. Ice spikes ripped through Akujin's body, blowing holes through his chest, ribs, shoulders, and backside. Only a second after the kick, Akujin's broken body slammed into the barrier surrounding the arena, before falling to the arena floor, face in the dirt. 

The crowd went wild. Grimrok and Natsumi's name could be heard throughout the arena, though most Grimrok's as he played a bigger part in Akujin's defeat. 

"Ohhhh!!!" screamed the announcer. "Akujin goes down! After a devestating combination attack from Grimrok and Natsumi, it would seem that Akujin has been kill! Only two competetors remain, which of these two warrior will live to see the next day!?"

Through the roars of the crowd, and the surprised comments of the announcers, Akujin activated one of his S Class spells. Though his eyes did not open, and his heart did not beat, his magic could be felt across the entire arena. 

"Wh-what's this!?" exclaimed the announcer. "The presence of Akujin, his magical power, is enveloping this whole battlefield!" Moments later, a demonic laugh could be heard in the minds of everyone in the arena. 

"Fools! Did you think you could defeat me so easily? I should smite you all where you are. In fact, I will. But first, let me explain to you why I am not dead. When I feel fear, the power of one of my greatest spells activates. Phantom Corpse. My sole and mind leave my body and is transferred to another source of my nearby magic. In this case...my Dragon." he stated as his Dragon floated in the sky, glaring down at Grimrok, then over at Natsumi. 

The shadow dragon then flew down and entered Akujin's body, immediately healing the fatal wounds, and reducing the other ones so that they wouldn't be fatal, though he still had some nice holes in his body. With that, Akujin began to stand up. "Though I must say, the amount of pain I am in is immeasurable. You will pay for that." he said as horns sprouted from his head. "Do not blink." he muttered as his teeth sharpened. "Do not hesitate." he muttered as his skin turned pale, and cracked. "Do not think for one day that you can kill me. I'm not just some Pawn to this world, I am the King."


Akujin turned around and slammed his fist into the barrier creating a shock wave that erupted on impact. It shatted the barrier, starting from the area he punched, then moved onward until the entire barrier had been obliterated. He then raised his right arm and began to suck the life force out of everyone in the arena but the announcers, Grimrok, and Natsumi. Woman and children scream, father's tried desperately to save them, but it was useless. Their bodies began to become gray and dried, their hearts began to stop, and with that, they were no more. 


Turning around, Akujin smiled at Grimrok. "I'm sorry, does that anger you?" he asked with delight as he held up a small orb. "This is their life force." he said as he pulled it towards his mouth and took a bite out of it, before swallowing the rest whole. "Now, they will suffer for eternity inside my stomach where they will be torchered beyond what anyone could imagine. Maybe next time, they wont root for you."
